Irrelevant. Northwood deals with a fake, staged attack, but where not even civilians get hurt. it was during the 60's and never installed. Completely abandoned and out of the question. No relevance to 9/11 -- not even remotely close of proving 9/11 was an inside job!

I dont know, he is pretty old, probably just got confused.

If I had to guess, I'm pretty sure the government might have some sort of emergency directive with media outlets when it concerns 'national security' and to prevent mass panic/hysteria. Media outlets are probably obligated to abide by it if the government invokes it, so that's probably what the Bush administration did. I am only guessing, but it makes sense to me for the government to have an emergency rope to pull when they want something out of the news in the interest of 'national security'

I remember watching the news as it was happening. When the news was covering footage of the plane over Philly, the news was saying it was shot down and the camera man clearly filmed a jet plane streaking through the sky. This lasted for about 30 seconds and then it became "passengers saved the day"
