One country one flag.

^ would you want to have a flag that 80% of your people were killed under (Union Jack in the corner). To Aboriginal ppl the Union Jack represents great sorrow and suffering. Aboriginal ppl were not even officially considered to be human beings until 1966. Before this time they were classified as flora and fauna. This is within the span of current living memory.


I agree with Dave86 saying "one country one flag" but I think we should defiantly get rid of the Union Jack in the corner. The empire the Union Jack represents is a thing of the past, we as a country need to move on and truly become independent from Britain. We need a flag for all Australians without the flag of another country in the corner of it.
