I still want to sue McDonald's for that rotten sandwich they sold me two years ago.

7.) McDonalds...the thing is, even though they're a megacorporation, people ARE dumb enough to believe "Robble Gobble" (HILARIOUS) and Goat-Scrotum burgers. That's blatant libel, and we have a system to protect that.

Now the claims that they're unhealthy? That's the truth, and that's why they won 3/5 of their hippy claims.

6.) Angus does not equal Anus. What was Carl Jr. thinking? It's not even like they're exclusive to Angus Beef!

5.)Fuck Slipknot. A bunch of unoriginal bastards with a novelty that died sometime around 2002.

4.)Give Krispy Kreme a break. They got royally fucked by the Atkins craze, and like Michael Richards in a Harlem Comedy Club, they freaked out and made a retarded decision...by trying to fuck a baked goods GIANT.

3.)McDonalds abusing the legal system again....

2.) "Kentucky Fried Horror Show" with the picture of a red and white striped bucket? That's a clear defamation suit right there. There's a clear association with this horror (i.e. bad stuff) with KFC, and this suit isn't that crazy. If KFC was smart about it, they would gracefully request that the promo art be altered.

1.)Hooters is going down the drain anyway. There is ONE hooters left in New york state (in the city), when there used to be at least 4. I think it's dumb they sued. But...more frivolous lawsuits have been shown to yield a great award for the asshole plaintiff.

McJob: Come on...I fault websters/ Oxford English Dictionary. This term is so underused...I've never heard it in practice...the first time I heard it was in a news article announcing that McJob was in the dictionary, and since, I've only heard that word in reference to it being in the dictionary.

It's like Websters and Oxford altered the english language to speak poorly about a company. Yes, McDonalds is a HUGE corporation, but come on. What's to say that they won't pull shit like this on a smaller guy?

I still think, that even though all these corporate giants are somewhat greedy, and hold a degree of invincibility, they all should have the right to seek out damages if they are wronged. If we take the right away from them just because they make a lot of money, well, that right could be taken away from some little guy who's wronged...

All in all, the US legal system is fucked up (yes I know some of this article mentions elsewhere).

It's not about who's innocent or guilty...it's about who can make the best case...

FidoQuick Take On The RNC
Being an open minded individual, I decided to spend a couple hours watching the Republican national convention in St Paul, or Minneapolis, Minnesota, or wherever it is. I had initially tuned in to watch Sarah Palin’s address, in order to maybe get a read on what she may be all about. I regret that I couldn’t get that far. After viewing Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee and Rudy Giuliani speak to the delegates, I felt an overwhelming need to seek asylum in another country. ...

BebichanInterview With Westboro Baptist Church!!!
This interview was compiled by myself and the great Nodnarb232001. Questions were selected from suggestions made by our great, dedicated, Shoutwire users, as well as a couple of our own suggestions!Nodnarb232001- Yep, and now we would like to ask Shirley Phelps-Roper old Freddy Phelps himself, and anyone from their congregation to come here defend their views from some of our users' unholy "persecution". We need to be reminded of just why we're going to hell.Just cl...
