There is an initiative in the works that could end up on the November ballot that allows for marijuana to be sold to anyone, and anywhere that already sells alcohol. Its being called The Inalienable Rights Enforcement Initiative.

That will never pass. I think it should just be de-criminalized. Not sure about the government getting into the weed game.

Shanus, why would you think decriminalization is a good thing? The government wouldn't benefit from that at all, so there's no way they're just going to let that shit go. If they decide to stop making money of busting college kids with an 1/8th, then they'll certainly start taxing those same college kids for an 1/8th, legally.

Eh legal or not. There's still gonna be the retarded people who give a special day and number 420 to it. All acting like they're special people because they smoke it. Maybe making it legal will make smokers act like normal respectable people?

Retarded people probably did give it a special day and number... yup.

and when I used to smoke back then, I was a normal respectable person... and so were my friends...

dumb people who smoke weed = still dumb
smart people who smoke weed = still smart, maybe smarter

not that im suggesting weed makes people dumb fucks, it certainly makes em lazy in my experience... very lazy, but it doesnt make them more stupid than already are.

Either way, you have absolutely no justification for suggesting that smoking weed makes people smarter. thats bullshit and you know it.
