My country, my country! Where has the real American justice gone?
Hello people of Shoutwire. Have you all seen the recent rash of natural disasters plaguing America? Records indicate almost 1600 tornados have touched down since January! With 118 fatalities, including the 4 boy scouts who were killed on a camping trip this past week, this is the deadliest year of tornados the United States has seen in over a decade. Indiana and Iowa are experiencing massive flooding and there has been severe damage. 83 of Iowa's 99 counties are officially declared disaster zones. Indiana isn't being let off any easier either; with over 10,000 homes destroyed they are in a desperate situation. Well, there really is only one logical explanation for all of this sudden mayhem. God is punishing the United States just as he punished the blacks with hurricane Katrina. What else is in store for us? Who knows? However, one thing I do know: we had better get our collective asses whipped into shape.
Why is god punishing us? Well America, we fucked up. We allow the rich and "powerful" trample over our fidelity then rape our pride. Injustice is becoming synonymous with America and inequality is leading us ahead like a blind dog. Horrible things happen every day in my country murder, rape, robbery. You name it, we got it. You need it? Someone will sell it. Typically these acts are met with a harsh justice system that knows little of the words mercy. Except if you are illegal, we'll just give you a free ride back home so you can think about what you did, and then you can return to America when you've learned your lesson! However, introduce a few million dollars into the equation, oh no what do we have here? Why we've got an open and shut case of suicide- not murder! Perhaps you can buy the typical Cochran defense of "If it doesn't fit, then you must acquit!”. Two cases recently come to mind and one of them I have been watching closely for the past month and Thursday the jury finally made their fucking idiotic deliberation.
The first case involves the NFL, steroids, and some naming of names. David Jacobs ran an international steroids operation from Plano, Texas, a suburb within close proximity to the city of Dallas. The Associated Press gives us the details that:
“David Jacobs said he sold tens of thousands of dollars worth of performance-enhancing drugs to former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Matt Lehr in 2006 and 2007. Lehr has also played for Tampa Bay and Atlanta. Lehr's attorney has denied his client used banned substances after a four-game suspension in 2006.”
On May 21st he went to the NFL and told them this information. Supposedly, he told them a lot more than just one name though. On Friday June 6th, 2008 he was found along with his girlfriend shot to death.
“Both bodies were found in the master bedroom of Jacobs' Plano home. He was shot in the abdomen and head, and 30-year-old Amanda Earhart-Savell was shot several times.”
Now to me, and I may not be no fancy po-lice detective or nothing but when a man and his girlfriend are shot multiple times after snitching on people in a very high profile organization… I’d go ahead and assume that it’s a double fucking homicide. Not the DPD! No sir, probably after receiving season tickets to any NFL venue of their choice and some undisclosed amount of jew gold they ruled it a good ol’ fashion murder suicide within a matter of two days. Apparently David Jacobs shot his girlfriend a couple of times then shot himself in the abdomen. After the not-so-quite fatal abdomen shot he then proceeds to shoot himself in the forehead. 10 bullet casings were also found around the home. Another thing that bothers me about this case was that before the police had officially declared “murder-suicide” it was all over the news and the news commentators were referring to the case as a murder and speculating a “mob style hit”. When the police issued their statement the media literally stopped all coverage of the incident. The only thing was said was “it was a murder-suicide”. No details were discussed on news radio or news television.
The next case is of course this sick fuck who deserves to be lynched, R Kelly. I had much more to say on the matter but I believe SteelyDan gave everyone at Shoutwire an excellent rundown of the situation. In case you missed it here is a very quick rundown: a sick fuck got away with making child porn. As far I'm concerned Charlie Daniel's has the best punishment for R. Kelly, we just get a "big tall tree and short piece of rope". Also, for R Kelly, if the race tables were turned… I have a feeling we’d be seeing a white man go to jail. This simply goes to show that if you have money, fame, or power; you are literally above the law. Police murder citizens and get away scott free and celebrity justice is a literal fucking joke in America. It seems everyone’s honesty has been replaced by greed. We all seem ready and willing to climb over the backs of our neighbor and leave them face down in the dirt as long as long we get our cut or handout. We don’t care if a known pedophile walks out of court free after we just watched him piss all over an underage girl. We just shut our mouths when the police tell us “oh relax guys it was just a suicide!” or “That nigger done had a gun! I promise.”.
I wish I had a solution, a real practical end-all resolution to this dilapidated American “justice” system. Thing is, treating everyone equally in the eyes of the law is something that is as foreign to America as looking into an alternative source of fuel
