Sorry for the long delay, I've gained some new responsibilities here and it's been taking a lot of my time to get people adjusted to a new system put into place here. So without further wait..

Pretty damn interesting... Is it not true that before you can post this blog the ARMY reads through it and censors anything the see fit to censor?

Just wondering how you are able to talk about certain missions, things concering Basara and the like.

Do "people" go through these eds that you post? Are you required to submit them for editing or anything, or can you just post what you want?

I read that soldiers couldn't even post to Facebook without someone rubber-stamping it.

I'm curious to find out if there are prostitutes out there similar to the way they were available in Vietnam?

I get a crappy review copy every time I review an article.

And Jeff, the answer is no. I don't have to give this to anyone before posting it, it doesn't contain "OPSEC" information that can potentially harm people. I can go in depth more and more with maintaining OPSEC. I leave out specifics like my name and my area for my protection and for the protection of the Iraqi civilians as well. Like I stated in a previous ed, the main targets in Iraq aren't Coalition Forces, it's Iraqi Police, SOI and Iraqi Army.

Give me some emails at the gmail address!

"I don't have to give this to anyone before posting it"

^ Is that because you are the guy other soldiers have to give theirs to before posting it?

How is it that we constantly hear all American soldiers are under heavy censorship, regarding the internet and press, but you, who works for the propaganda department, isn't?

Anyway, it's really great how you're trying to tell us who wonderful everything in Iraq is, and what a good job you foreign invaders are doing there.

Come on Immaculate, cut the man some slack. He's doing the best he can with the position he's in, could you be doing any better than him if placed in that situation?

Anyway, this stuff is always immensely interesting, Eskimo. Keep us updated!

I'm not in the propaganda dept. And no I haven't seen any m14's, but I do have an M4 and an M9 pistol. I'll shot a pic of me with a 240 in my body armor in the next ed.

Also, I'm an admin on a centcom wide web program that recieves information from everywhere in iraq as well as afghanistan, korea, africa, germany, panama, poland. It's alot of info. It's so advanced I could show you the grid coordinate of where BebiChan's family in the iraqi government live.

Until the next ed!

I thought you are not allowed in Sadr city . By the ceasefire agreement Mahdi army gets to keep it's light guns , Iraqi army gets to patrol the streets and americans get to stay out of this .

Am I wrong ?

There is prolly some truth to the precision bombing bit you were talking about. One of my friends who is still in the Navy said his roommates ship was heading out there for a mission. Since he is on an SSGN I wouldn't be surprised if thats where he's going.
