Some fashion trends come back to haunt us decades later. 80s fashion will NEVER come back.

My fashion trend was trying not to shit my diaper.

I failed miserably.

Though, I do remember probably 89ish my older sister rocked the side pony tail every other day or so.

Are we forgetting about denim overalls? During the Kriss Kross hype days it was cool to have one strap unbuttoned. I was extra-cool and had a Vaurnet France long sleeve under my overalls. What the hell were we thinking? Oh and the shoe section was missing Reebok Pumps.

"Are we forgetting about denim overalls?"

I remember that shit from 1990 to about 1992.

Let's not forget the Champion apparel craze either.

I'm from Massachusetts and it's sorta comforting, in an odd way, to know that horrible fashions were just local.

And yeah, the overalls were the early 90's.

Reebok pumps, La-Gear shoes (flashing Lights) Neon clothing, and horribly horribly sad taste in hair. Mullets, dirt-stashes, and cutoff denim anything are a part of history I'd soon like to forget. That's why I snap on any 90s kids trying to glorify the 80s. If they persist, I reality slap them back in line by tying them up next to a boombox with the new kids on the block discography until their ears bleed.

Todays kids are trying their hardest to bring 80's fashion back. I basically begin convulsing with horrific flashbacks when I see it. Why do they insist on bringing back such a painful time in our nations history?
