I suddenly have the urge to put my lava lamp on a stove. I know i could die like this guy but yet i want to... I think im gonna throw my lava lamp out before i do.

Actually if you put a bullet in fire it really does not have lethal consequences.

Now if you decided to put your loaded gun in a fire that is a different story.

I learned that on mythbusters not by personal experiment.
