Early this month, Bush administration's plan to create a new crescendo of accusations against Iran for allegedly smuggling arms to Shiite militias in Iraq encountered two setbacks. The government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki refused to endorse U.S. charges of Iranian involvement in arms smuggling to the Mahdi Army, and It turned out that none of the Weapons were Iranian.

The government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki refused to endorse U.S. charges of Iranian involvement in arms smuggling to the Mahdi Army, and a plan to show off a huge collection of Iranian arms captured in and around Karbala had to be called off after it was discovered that none of the arms were of Iranian origin.

Roflmao, they're trying... They're desperately trying to sell another war based on a pack of lies.

And you know what? People are buying it wholesale too! There are people who are absolutely convinced Iran is the next Nazi-Germany just because the Bush administration told them so. They ignore and refuse to even read any evidence to the contrary, and they are the ones who will be responsible for another unjust and illegal war 5 years down the road.

Iran is significantly more dangerous and hostile than Iraq, there's really no debate there. The question is if it's worth invading the answer is a big no. Maybe if we weren't in Iraq we could even CONSIDER it. But because of President Numb nuts and Iraq, we couldn't even if it WAS as bad as this lying administration claims.

I don't know about you guys but if I was the leader of Iran, seeing the bullshit being aimed at it, and what happened to Iraq,I'd be making nukes ASAP. It's the only deterrent against Warmongers with Nukes! The only reasons imo, the US is afraid or Iran getting Nukes is that it would no longer be able to interfere in the middle east as they have for the last century, should Iran get them. Iran hasn't bothered any one for as long as I can remember. They've been getting fucked over by the US and Britain for as long as I can remember!
