i thought you were supposed to divorce from a bad marriage, not kill the other half of it..! getting away free after murder shouldn't even be an option! i could agree to a slightly reduced sentence, but you don't murder when you should divorce! it's sick!

The big deal is that if it were a man that killed his nagging wife, he would get the harshest possible penalty they could throw at him. It's the old feminist double-standard that is the problem. She didn't. She went to jail, but for a lesser charge than murder in the first degree, (or its Scottish equivalent.) She's in jail now.

Of course, this blog wants you to believe that she got away with it, because they want you to believe in a fantasy-world where men are always victims.

You didn't get the point, if a man did it, he wouldn't get his charges dropped. There is even better articles on that site.
