I feel for her parents, it's tough to lose a child, but "emo" is nothing new, just a new name.

Music doesn't influence people, it speaks what they already feel.

This girl probably had psychological issues to begin with and with the lack of attention and guidance from ma and pa, she was left to float in the abyss of uncertainty.

/wrist, emo, /wrist (Up the road, not across).

Well, it has finally happened--The Daily Mail has officially turned in to satire.

EDIT: Wow, how fucking long is that article?

Hell yea. My thoughts exactly.

Emo has been around for like 10 years now its nothing new but that does not make me want to stab them in gut any less.

Sucks for her parents but maybe that girl just wanted to kill herself ya know

edit: this just in bunk beds are a direct cause suicide too!!

This was a very good and moving article. I think the problem is you Christians cannot genuinely care for people. All you do is stick up to the "old one" so that you'll look good in his eyes and go to "heaven". Screw you.

^^ WTF? Make some sense please.

Its just teenage angst. Kids with no real problems going round making out they're, like, really depressed about stuff.

OH NOES! I'll go and kill myself!

Go for it I say.

2 emos drive off a cliff listening to My Chemical Romance. Who wins?

Society.

This was not a moving article, it was misinformed, puerile and about nine times too long.

What part was misinformed? The article did not state that emos are suicidal or cultish. That view was ONE of several views that were taken into account, and it is the point of taking several views into account that makes the article good.
It was not written to present a conclusion, but to touch on a subject that might be of interest to us.

We should all think it is a problem if teenagers kill themselves. If it can happen to them then it can happen to our kids. It should not need to happen to any kids regardless.

The open question here is if there is a link to emo culture. If we can find out then that gives us a clue as what to do about the problem.

FidoQuick Take On The RNC
Being an open minded individual, I decided to spend a couple hours watching the Republican national convention in St Paul, or Minneapolis, Minnesota, or wherever it is. I had initially tuned in to watch Sarah Palin’s address, in order to maybe get a read on what she may be all about. I regret that I couldn’t get that far. After viewing Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee and Rudy Giuliani speak to the delegates, I felt an overwhelming need to seek asylum in another country. ...

BebichanInterview With Westboro Baptist Church!!!
This interview was compiled by myself and the great Nodnarb232001. Questions were selected from suggestions made by our great, dedicated, Shoutwire users, as well as a couple of our own suggestions!Nodnarb232001- Yep, and now we would like to ask Shirley Phelps-Roper old Freddy Phelps himself, and anyone from their congregation to come here defend their views from some of our users' unholy "persecution". We need to be reminded of just why we're going to hell.Just cl...
