they arent a U.S company, how can they be sued in a U.S. court when they have no jurisdiction?

And it doesnt matter that they had ads and made a ton of money, that money was paid to the owners as "employees" of their company. When you register a company the owners have limited liability, so the company being sued or going bankrupt cannot effect the owners personal belongings or finances.

Its pretty cool, basically you can start as many companies as you want, make a ton of money, bankrupt the company and keep your money, and start over again.
