Vietnam should kidnap people accused of terrorism from the United States, suspend habeas corpus for half of them and try the other half in their own military tribunals where they are prosecuted on secret evidence that is kept hidden from the accused, torture them, and finally lock them up in their own military prison - Which is in a foreign country so their own national law doesn't apply.

Oh what's that? The US would never allow that to happen? Well I'll be damned...
