At the risk of stating the obvious, this is horrific, not only they live in constant fear of wars and oppression from their military government, but now immense humanitarian disaster.

A lot of natural catastrophes have been hitting this part of the world lately.
Bangladesh cyclones, South Asia floods, Asian tsunami, Kashmir earthquake and now this.
The region barely recovers from one catastrophe before the next one hits.

Been a seriously shitty decade for them.
