The man seems to have some sort of device strapped to him and has claimed it is a bomb. According to various reports, he had demanded to speak to Clinton.
Senator Clinton is currently safe in Washington. As a precaution, Clinton has canceled a scheduled rally and Barack Obama, along with John Edwards, have also evacuated their offices.
