Professor Judy wood, a professor with degrees in Civil Engineering, Engineering mechanics and Materials Engineering Science has filed suit for the United States of America against NIST alleging fraud. The case has been accepted and unsealed by Federal Court in Manhattan, NY.

That's how you can tell that Judy Wood is totally off her nut. All the sane 9/11 frauds know that they want no part of the legal system. Better to just keep milking the cow, shrilly demanding further investigations, while insuring that no such inquiry ever takes place.

Keep shouting it. Here are people taking legal actions through proper channels. This is not "conspiracy theory". This is a court case! This is important as the FIRST investigation surrounding the DESTRUCTION OF THE TOWERS IN NYC!! Not an investigation into government screwups but into crimes around 9/11! It is not a DVD. It is not a book on theory. It is a real, live, going to court case! The wall is giving way and the waters are about to pour out.

what I love about shoutwire, totally sane submissions proving the 9/11 conspiracy theorists wrong dont make it to the front page. but submit an article about how 9/11 was some bush necon plot and it gets to the front faster than a 9/11 conspiracy theorist loses common sense. its like talking to a fucking wall.

NIST report does offer proof of a collapse without explosives but if the collapse described on that report is in fact just a hoax instead of really an honest replication of the WTC buildings then this court case may prove crucial.

The use of explosives doesn't make much sense though even if you think government was involved why risk exposure using explosives when the planes alone are enough to cause terror and drive through the plan to attack Iraq.

That would leave too much evidence. Take down the entire site and it pays off in multiple ways. Heavy insurance payoff, deliberate misinformation while someone does something shady; it could be a whole list of reasons.

This focuses on NIST's dodgy report which the administration and the people are to accept without question. If the people in the NIST panel are crooked liars, then the government is either ridiculously naive, or ridiculously corrupt.

The NIST report does NOT, and repeat NOT give any conclusion as to why the buildings collapsed.
ON 1 and 2 they refused to investigate it and branded it progressive collapse(?) ,and on 7 they were unable to explain.

also the notion that the towers fell due to the impact directly contradicts the NIST report since it claims it was due to the fires.

It is also dependent on who was/is involved, why they would bring down the buildings entirely, but since someone made big, and i mean really big bucks off that, it might be worth looking in that direction, but noooooo, the financial trail was deemed not important.
